Not gonna lie here, when Katrin mentions in the open this is aimed at those "a little bit over 80" I felt I had picked the wrong video. But hell I have not done any yoga in over 20 years so I am goin to roll with and see where it goes.
This session was actually a grea start, only about 20 minutes, nothing overly strenuous or difficult. It was a great way to start my day with a simple and effective stretch for my upper body. This was an unintentional perfct fit as I am currently workikg with a physiotherapist on an impingement in my right shoulder.
The session took me through a handfull of seated upper body stretches, and cloncludes with a small number of stretches from a kneeling all-fours postition,.
I could feel the effect of the stretching almost immediately, and will definitely be bookmarking this video, as well as gicing day 2 a shot.
