Turns out I am terrible at regular updates.
Well, finger crossed I can get better. I have recently started a new job with an old employer, and trying to wrok out a new schedule for daily activities.
I will start using the time in the mornings when my partner is taking our daughter to school to squeeze in some physical activity. Star5ting to some light yoga and taichi. I will update with whatever I can find on youtube.
Maybe an update tomorrow.
